We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Email us at info@calia.es with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@calia.es with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
